An announcement to my
clients, colleagues, and friends.

It is with many mixed emotions I’m writing to announce the closure of 512Wellness Acupuncture. 

After more than 20 years in Austin, it’s come time to make a change. I am in the process of moving to Richmond, Virginia. In large part to be closer to family.

This has been an extraordinarily difficult decision, as my Austin roots run deep. Yet, in my heart, I know it’s time to make this change.

It has been my greatest privilege to welcome you into my beloved clinic. Your combined strengths, vulnerabilities, insights, healings, and deep transformations have been a true honor to witness.

We’ve shared so very much  together — babies, weddings, new jobs, losses, grief, breakups, heartfelt insights, promotions, transformations, becoming pain free — all the many ups and downs life has to offer. I hold witness to all the growth and healings. 

Thank you for opening your hearts and for your deep trust in me as your practitioner. To say I am profoundly honored would be an understatement.

My last day at clinic is Thursday, July 18. 

As this announcement settles, I will be in contact with all current clients regarding a transfer of care plan. It is of great importance to me for all to be welcomed to a place that resonates.

Meanwhile, please stop by for one last treatment (book here), a cup of tea, or to say goodbye.

Farewell gathering: Save the date

You are also invited to a going away party on Sunday, July 14. from 1pm to 4pm. It will be held open-house style at the clinic. I so hope to see you there.

New offerings, new connections

During this transition, I’m dreaming up remote offerings which include Herbal Consults and Tea Talks (a type of wellness coaching). 

I also plan to be much more active on the socials. Follow me for musings on acupuncture, wellness, herbs, cooking, fertility, and much more. One of my greatest joys is educating on the many wonderful attributes of East Asian medicine. In coming months, look for me on Substack.

I remember being a young girl and seeing this quote by Lao Tzu. It has always resonated, and I still marvel at its wisdom and simplicity. It’s where I lean into when life becomes a little undetermined.

As one chapter closes, another begins. It has been my greatest joy serving the Austin community. Your stories and journeys have left an indelible imprint on my heart. I will cherish them always.
