Making an Appointment

512Wellness offers self-service, online scheduling of your appointments. The schedule is automatically updated, so it reflects the most up-to-date openings available. Click “Make An Appointment” at the upper right of any page to schedule a visit.

If you are unable to use the online scheduling tool, send a message through our contact form. We will respond as soon as possible. Include a number in your message if you prefer to communicate by phone.

You may also call (512) 762-6521 to schedule an appointment. It's likely we will be with a patient, so please leave a message and we will return your call as quickly as possible.

Pricing

Cancellations, No Call/No Shows, and Late Arrivals

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid a $25 rebooking charge. If you miss your appointment without notification (no call/no show), we reserve the right to charge you the fee for the full session.

If you are running a little late, please let us know. You may keep the appointment, but please understand that we may not be able to extend your session if other patients are scheduled after you. As a consequence, you may not receive the benefit of a complete session. In either case, the full fee will apply.

Insurance and Health Savings Plans

Some insurance providers do cover acupuncture and preventive wellness services, but check your policy regarding your individual coverage. 512 Wellness is happy to provide you with the proper forms to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We gladly accept your Health Savings Plan (HSP) card and will provide insurance coded receipts for your records.
